The subject of the film, #RossUlbrecht, is the son of a close family friend of many of us from Bronxville, New York, #LynLaCavaUlbrecht.  The LaCava's, who are the first generaltion descendants of #GregoryLaCava, the famous film director who made OurManGodfrey and is known for discovering and directly talents like LucilleBall and KathrynHepburn and Lyn's father, Gregory LaCava, is the Godson of W.C. Fields. As many from my facebook page know, Lyn LaCava Ulbrecht and her son, Ross Ulbrecht come from a highly respected family from Bronxville, New York and as an alumni from Bronxville High School and a member of our Bronxville High School Friends​f Facebook group, we need to come together to see if there is a way of intervening in this case of state sponsored Gestapo justice putting away an innocent boy for life for what appears to be a cover-up of the state's role in using #Bitcoin and the DeepWeb for their own drug trafficing and money laundering.

Understanding the Devastating Impact of Shelby County v. Holder

We know from the fact that Trump's mentor, Roy Cohn worked in the Justice Department when he was leading the anti-Communist McCarthy Hearings that the Justice Department is not investigating itself. That should be the definition of corruption and if none of the three branches of government are capable of investigating their own corruption, we've got a constitutional crisis!  What are we doing to do?

Does anyone know of brave enough Senator or Congressperson or Caucus to take on the problem of systemic corruption in the US.

I've heard that Turkey has an Act which addresses systemic corruption of the US intelligence and policing agencies and that is why our corrupt media, which is controlled by the intelligence agencies, (see "Networks of Power" by Dennis W. Mazzocco who reveals connections between Bill Casey, Manhattan Institute, Iran Contra, the GOP, Nixon, etc. 

We need to restore Honest Services Laws and the Citizen Protection Act.

Also, according to the leading text book on PR and Lobbying regulation, there are laws against lobbying in the US by foreign countries like Russia and Israel and Saudi Arabia.  The PR textbooks also say there something called the Gillette Act that was put into law in 1913 to make it illegal for the Executive Branch to spend ANY monies on lobbying.  Their concern was to keep the Executive Branch from becoming too powerful. 

We could have used an Inspector General's Office or an Honest Services department to enforce anti-lobbying regulation like the Gillette Act in the Nixon era when the "Nixon [White House] crime team launched an all out PR offensive to scare the hell out of the public about crime, and to tie crime to heroin."  This and more was documented brilliantly by investigative journalist who writes about civil liberties, police, prosecutors, and the broader criminal justice system, Radley Balko in "Rise of the Warrior Cop: The Militarization of America's Police Forces",

Another phenomena documented by Rodney Balko which unleashed the corruption we are dealing with as well as we need to today is the corrupt role played by the head of the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel, William Rehnquist, wrote legal opinions signing off on Nixon's various Draconian crime bills which put him in a position to be nominated to the Supreme Court by the Nixon - a position which he and the other Nixon Supreme Court appointment, Louis Powell - used to turn the Supreme Court into a Right Wing Judicial Activist operation that began dismantling of the Justice Department's enforcement of Civil Rights laws that had been achieved in the Warren Court era.

We need to find a way to prosecute those who failed to implement the Citizen's Protection Act of 1998 (the McDade Murtha Bill) that was mandated by both the Senate and the Congress in 1998.  (The web site says the Citizens Protection Act was not implemented because it was written in a different format in the congress and Senate, which sounds like it could have been a corrupt trick put in by a corrupt Office of Legal Counsel. 

Whatever happened, we need to put it back in because without it, the ONLY ETHICAL standard on Justice Department Prosecutors is that they follow the laws of their state - which sounds like a ethics law only a corrupt Federalist Society States Rights trained lawyer like the ones that have taken over our Federal Judiciary could have written. 

A good source on the corrupting influence of the Federalist Society dominated Justice Department and now Justice System is Lyndon LaRouche who's Executive Intelligence Review is an excellent primer on the corruption of the Intelligence Agencies and how people like Cheney, Bush, Rice, Rumsfeld, and other Carl Schmitt/ Leo Strauss/ Reinhard Gehlen have implemented their Hitler/ Nazi/ Rothschild/ JP Morgan/ Brown Brothers Harriman/ Krupp Nazi policies into US law through them.

We need a Church or Iran Contra type of Congressional Hearing and we need to give someone like Lawrence Walsh the power to implement it.  Even Robert Mueller is not going to be able to do this because like Comey, he was too close to it.  They have to be INDEPENDENT!  I say we need a team of investigators like Peter Dale Scott​ and Peter Phillips​ of Project Censored​ and Robert Parry of Consortiumnews.com​ and Nafeez Mosaddeq Ahmed​ and Sibel Edmonds' Boiling Frogs Post​ and Steve Corbett​ and Amy Goodman​ and Chris Hedges​ and @Michael Moore and even Alex Jones​ for the right wingers to be the investigators.

We have got to protect our right to the TRUTH and at this stage, CIA/ FBI/ NSA/ DOJ/ Interpol/ MI6/ NATO/ Gladio Team B counter intelligence is protecting deception and coverup of criminals with their corrupt political  party removed all ethics regulations on Justice Department prosecutors politics.  This is the corruption that the Supreme Court "worried' might happen as a result of Citizens United - which is a fake news propaganda mill with CIA ties that produced the anti-civil rights propaganda that stole the election for George H. W. Bush - whose father was a primary financier of Aushwitz. 

Without a Fairness Doctrine - which could be put back in by the FCC - we will continue to get Neo-Nazi policies because the Federalist Society and the Justice Department is filled with Federalist Society lawyers and the Federalist Society like the CIA, the NSA, MI6 was started by NGO's like Richard Mellon Scaife who paid billions to create them so that anti-democratic, unitary executive policies could be put in that would lead to the "new world order" envisioned by the backers of the Third Reich - Rothschild, the Trilateral Commission, the Illuminati, etc. - who also are behind the terrorist attacks and 9/11.
